something I posted on my journal, but thought you ladies might appreciate it too.
I run a cafe, and I often feel like I might give into the temptation of doughnuts or cookies(I am surrounded by treats!!!). So usually I keep carrots or something near by so if I must I munch on those, but today I was seriously craving eggs... 1 egg is 70 cals, most of the time you have to cook them in oil or butter, which makes me feel so bad, but today I decided to go ahead and eat them, I had 2 eggs, that is 170 cals. I whipped them and steamed them with the steaming wand that we use to steam milk. NO OIL, NO BUTTER! they were the perfect treat... yum yum.... I felt so wonderful after figuring this little trick out, I will never eat oily buttery eggs again.
