hi every one!!
I am new so just to give you a summary of my goals...
I am 19 years old and i live in texas, i want to trim down drastically to get rid of my yucky fatty legs and so that i wont have to worry about being self concious when i wear short shorts or bikinis..
starting weight: 126
current weight: 121
goal weight: 112
i have 9 pounds to go!!! i need to exercise more...but with school and work, sometimes it is hurd because i am pressed for time so i pick up someething like fast food and then i dont have time to exercise :'(
i had gotten down to 118.5 but then i had a string of family events and parties that i attended and i ate and drank quite a bit...so i am refocusing myself and starting out by having yogurt, water, and coffee...and then water for the rest of the day or a few veggies every here and there.
***any one have any good tips for supressing hunger?***
